Abstract

This research aims to develop the Precepts - Precepts Pancasila Material for Class II SD 2020/2021. Learning tools that are in accordance with the character of responsibility for students in primary schools. This learning tool is used during a pandemic because of online learning (online). This research is a research development (Research and development). The design of this research uses the learning device development model proposed by Thiagarajan, namely the 4-D model which consists of three stages, namely the defining stage (Define), the design stage (Design) and the development stage (Develop). The reason the researchers did not carry out the final stage of the 4-D research model was due to the limited time and costs used. There are 2 validators in the research subject. The data collection technique used was to provide validation sheets to the validators, while the data collection instruments were to provide learning tools and validation sheets to be assessed by the validators.Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher, it was found that the development of learning tools in the form of a syllabus, lesson plans (RPP), student worksheets (LKPD), learning outcomes tests (THS), learning media and modules that have been developed according to the character of responsibility learners. For the validity of the learning device 95.5 assessments from the validator. So that the learning tools for the Pancasila precepts are very valid to be used when learning takes place.
